Mazafati (Kimia) Dates

Dates have been stapled food of the Middle East for thousands of years. High amounts of energy and valuable nutrients have made dates a popular snack not just in the region, but also throughout the world. The high amount of natural sugar makes dates a perfect substitute for processed sugar, and they are being used in the confectionery industry more and more each day. Dates can be used in either dry or fresh form. Mazafati dates are one of Iran’s most famous dates that are often consumed fresh.
