Mazafati dates, also known as KIMIA dates<\/strong>, are delicious and tasty dates with soft and delicate flesh<\/strong>. They have the highest amount of moisture (16-25%)<\/strong> among different types of dates. The ripe Mazarati date is often dark brown or black<\/strong> and is covered in a juicy secretion. They have a rather thin skin<\/strong> that can be easily removed from the fleshy part. With their natural flavor and intoxicating sweet aroma<\/strong>, Mazafati dates are a desirable delicacy in every dish.<\/p>\n
